Step 2: Disconnect the power to your heater

1. if you don't have a connect system

• If you don’t have a CONNECT automation system controlling your heater:

  - Locate your gas heater. Identify the power cable and follow the lead to the power outlet. Unplug the gas heater from the power point. This will not affect the power supply to the rest of your pool. Click on the video opposite to follow the instructions.

2. if you have a connect system

• If you have a CONNECT automation system controlling your heater:

  - To turn off the power, open the front door of the CONNECT cabinet. The heater power cable will generally be plugged into 1 of 2 top constant power ports. It is best to identify the power cable coming out of the gas heater and follow the lead back to the CONNECT cabinet. Unplug this lead from the socket in the CONNECT unit.   - Complete the Rework Booking Form making sure to advise us that your heater is controlled by a Connect system. We will post you a temporary cable / dongle within 3 working days that you will need to install in any open port inside the Connect cabinet.
